HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal & Maestro*. (*only via PayPal)
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PAY?
You do not need a paypal account in order to make a payment with your card. For Maestro cards you will be directed to PayPal for payment but it is not necessary to have an account. Simply select Card instead of paypal when prompted.
IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH CARD?
You can pay securely on the site using your credit/debit card. We use Stripe Payment Gateway, an external, super secure gateway used among others by Twitter, The Guardian, Shopify and TED (https://stripe.com/gallery). No card details are stored on our servers.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND AN ORDER?
In case you wish to cancel or amend an order just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we dispatch it.
AND WHAT IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DISPATCHED IT?
In that case just follow the steps below for returning it
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN INVOICE WITH MY ORDER
To help reduce our environmental impact we don’t send a paper copy of the order with the items. However you should have received an email with the receipt for your order. Should you require a VAT invoice please email email@example.com and we will email you within 24 hours.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
We hope you will love anything you buy from BrandFair. If for any reason that is not the case please download the return form here and post the items back to:

They must be returned as new with the original tags on, within 28 days of receipt.
Please add a note to let us know the reason for returning and whether you’d like to receive a refund or an exchange. If you would like a refund, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery.
Please note that Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, only exchanged.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING IN THE UK?
It’s FREE! All our parcels are sent via Standard Delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO EUROPE?
For delivery to the rest of Europe the charges may vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. No panic: these will be automatically calculated at checkout. Orders should arrive within 5 (five) working days.
AND THE REST Of THE WORLD?
For delivery outside of Europe, charges are calculated on total weight of the parcel. There may be extra customs charges from your country of residency on arrival. Orders are tracked and signed for, and should arrive within 8 (eight) working days, although in some cases they may take up to 15.
CAN I REQUEST GIFT WRAPPING?
We gift wrap all orders free of charge. If it is a present and you’d like us to hand write a personalised message, please let us know in the note space at the checkout. We will also leave out the invoice from the parcel in that case, and email it to you directly.
